I've recently been reading The Paleoartist's Handbook by Mark Witton, it's a cracking book talking about the history of paleoart, talking about how to create good paleoart and it gives lots of gorgeous examples in loads of different styles! I'm about halfway though and it's left me itching to draw my own paleo art. I decided … Continue reading Paleo art pattern

Drawing Jellyfish has been relaxing recently, and has been giving me a chance to explore features on Photoshop, I've used a lot of glow effects here. I'm getting really happy with my finished results, drawing every day has definitely helped!
sea slugs
Sea slugs are some of the cooler animals of the sea. The type in my picture, the Blue sea slug is particularly cool, they often get stung by jellyfish and absorb the poison and use it on other sea creatures, they're also very beautiful! So, here's my stupid sea slug illustration! Drawn in Photoshop, oh … Continue reading sea slugs
