Under the skin revisited

I decided to have another go at drawing Scarlett Johansson from Under the Skin. This time I didn't have a pencil just a fine liner and a multicoloured biro meaning ever line counts, also got a chance to play with colour

So, I drew Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy today, I didn't have a pencil so sketched it in blue ballpoint then detailed it in fine liner 🙂 quite happy with this.

There's a lot of personal symbolism here which I'm not going into, quite pleased with the aesthetic though. Done with letraset markers and fine liner

I’ve been finding it very hard

To draw since my mum died in May. After a good sob and some encouragement from my boyfriend I managed to churn this out. I got some awesome letraset markers for my anniversary gift from Tom which I've used here for the first time, very impressed with how easy they are to use!

Got a long shift in work today, and my time to draw is pretty limited. Day 4: draw 10 figures, different poses and body types. Yup these are drawn on cinema receipts and from various films. Transformers 4 Jersey boys The 100 year old man who climbed out the window

Hand practice

Hands are my one true weakness, I decided to practice them last night. The pictures I started with are too abysmal to post, but here's my improvement page! obviously not perfect but eh, they're better!
