A Risograph Test print
We got a new Risograph printer in work this week which I've done some tests on I'm quite excited to do some more Risograph work in the future! I love the texture it gives to my work, it adds so much depth to the pieces.

"She sees arise The second time. From the sea, the earth, Completely green. The cascades fall, The eagle soars, From lofty mounts Pursues its prey."
Wendigos
I've been trying to experiment more with a flatter art style with my digital work. I was inspired to paint these wendigo illustrations, and I am fairly pleased with how they've turned out.

Today I'm going to talk about the … Continue reading Adventures in the 18th Century-Flintlock 1+2

I'm not a massive history buff, and my knowledge of American history is a bit sketchy at best sometimes but this book really … Continue reading Edinburgh Comic Art Festival-Pushinka

While I'm here I'm doing some shopping for unusual comics to add to the collection. Of course Triskelion by Kathryn Briggs stands out. I was immediately drawn to the fine art quality of her work, reminiscent … Continue reading Edinburgh Comic Art Festival- Kathryn Briggs
